Sustain a new pub for Canadian foodservice industry
Pursuit Publishing Group is launching Sustain magazine focused on sustainability in the Canadian foodservice industry. Sustain is the only Canadian publication dedicated to improving the Canadian foodservice footprint, says the company, and will provide restaurant owners and operators with insights to make decisions in the food industry while protecting their businesses, communities and the planet.
Published quarterly, the title will have a distribution of more than 15,000 across all Canadian foodservice sectors. We're proud to bring you this first print issue filled with independent and original content that is compelling, in-depth, honest and powerful," Stacey Newman, managing editor.
